DEF LEPPARD Guitarist Completes Work On Blues Solo Album

April 26, 2005

DEF LEPPARD's official web site has been updated with the following message:

"Some two weeks ago, Vivian [Campbell, guitar] finished the recording of his upcoming blues solo album, scheduled for release around August. Next week, photos for the album cover will be shot by Viv's friend and rock photographer Robert Knight, who was also present at the recordings to take some candid shots. While we are not able to show you any of those shots yet, we do want to share a special photo taken by Robert, taken at the Guitar Center Rockwalk blues inauguration a couple of weeks ago. Click [here to view the] photo, in which you can see Vivian with blues and soul legends Roy Gaines, Billy Gibbons (ZZ TOP),Ike Turner, Robert Cray and Solomon Burke."
