DEF LEPPARD: Demo Song Posted Online

August 24, 2003

DEF LEPPARD have posted a demo version of the "X" cut "Gravity", originally titled "Perfect Girl", on their official web site at this location.

"Although the basic rhythm and guitar tracks on this demo weren't changed much along the way," reads a message posted on the site, "the early version's lyrics and vocals (& arrangements) are unique enough to almost consider both versions two different tracks." Also available on the site are streaming versions of the "Now" and "Long Long Way to Go" music videos.

DEF LEPPARD have announced more tour dates as part of their North American tour, which now stretches into October.

The group, who are in the midst of a series of East Coast shows, take a short break in early September before launching a two-week Canadian outing on Sept. 10 in Winnipeg. A round of western U.S. stops follows, and runs from late September into early October.
