DEATHSTARS: More European Tour Dates Announced

Sweden's DEATHSTARS have announced the following European dates during the coming months:

Mar. 05 - London, UK - The Forum (w/ LACUNA COIL)
May 01 - Wien, AUT - Prater Festival
Jun. 02 - Leipzig, GER - Wave Gotik Treffen
Jul. 21 - Tolmin, SLO - Metal Camp Festival
Jul. 22 - Kreuth, GER - Earthshaker Festival
Aug. 12 - Hildesheim, GER - Mera Luna
Aug. 18 - Abtsgmünd, GER - Summer Breeze Festival

DEATHSTARS's sophomore album, "Termination Bliss", entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 87 earlier in the month. The group's video for the track "Cyanide" has been posted online at this location.

DEATHSTARS recently parted ways with guitarist Erik "Beast X Electric" Halvorsen. A session guitarist will be recruited for upcoming tours.

DEATHSTARS' debut album, "Synthetic Generation" — originally issued in Sweden in March 2002 via the Universal affiliate LED Recordings — was released through Nuclear Blast in November 2003.

The Swedish band, in existence since January 2000, were previously known as SWORDMASTER and feature in their ranks former DISSECTION drummer Ole Öhman and guitarist Emil Nödtveidt (brother of DISSECTION leader Jon).
