DEATH ANGEL: San Francisco Club Gig Date Change

Reunited Bay Area metallers DEATH ANGEL will play a (not so very) "secret" club show at San Francisco's The Pound on Saturday, July 6th and not Friday, July 5th, as previously announced, according to The Pound's official web site. Opening the show will be DEPRESSOR.

DEATH ANGEL will perform the gig under the name KILL AS ONE (the title of DEATH ANGEL's 1985 Kirk Hammett-produced demo) as a warm-up for the group's upcoming appearance at Dynamo Open Air festival, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 14th at sports park Boshoven in the town of Weert, situated 20 km south of Eindhoven, Holland. Other acts set to appear at the event include SOULFLY, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, ZIMMERS HOLE, WITHIN TEMPTATION, OPETH, CHILDREN OF BODOM, FINNTROLL, PAIN OF SALVATION, PETER PAN SPEEDROCK and DROPKICK MURPHYS.

In addition to their Dynamo Open Air appearance, DEATH ANGEL will perform a club show at Efenaar in Eindhoven, Holland on July 13th. Also appearing on the bill at this pre-Dynamo concert will be SWARM, featuring DEATH ANGEL members Andy Galeon (drums),Rob Cavestany (guitar),and Mark Osegueda (vocals).
