DEATH ANGEL And ARSIS Confirm Free Scion Metal Shows

March 12, 2010

San Francisco Bay Area thrash legends DEATH ANGEL and melodic tech-deathsters ARSIS will play two free all-ages shows this April presented by Scion.

April 13 - The Masquerade - Atlanta, GA
April 14 - The Roxy - Hollywood, CA

In order to attend, make sure you RSVP at this location. Space is limited and is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Hot on the heels of a busy and productive 2009, DEATH ANGEL has been holed up in its Oakland, California studio for the past few months writing songs for its next Nuclear Blast album. The band is currently at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with producer Jason Suecof (TRIVIUM, AUGUST BURNS RED, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, ALL THAT REMAINS, WHITECHAPEL, DEVILDRIVER) tracking the CD for a September of 2010 release.

ARSIS recently wrapped up a tour with ARCH ENEMY and EXODUS in support of its brand new album, "Starve for the Devil". The CD was released in North America on February 9 and sold around 1,800 copies in the United States in its first week of release. It landed at No. 13 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
