DEAD TO FALL Prepare To Enter Studio

November 19, 2005

Chicago metalcore mammoths DEAD TO FALL are scheduled to enter Trax East studio in South River, NJ at the end of the month to begin recording their third album, tentatively titled "Death and Rebirth", with producer Eric Rachel. Paul Ramano (MASTODON, GODFLESH) will once again be handling the artwork. "The new material is turning out quite nicely and we are really excited to get it out there," singer Jonathan Hunt writes on the group's web site. "It definitely still holds a lot of the musical elements of the older dead to fall stuff, while putting a more melodic yet technical spin on things. I guess you will just have to hear it to know exactly what I'm talking about. I think it's all pretty fucking heavy." An April 2006 release via Victory Records is expected.

DEAD TO FALL's second album, "Villainy & Virtue", was issued in September 2004 on Victory.
