DAWN OF DISEASE Part Ways With Drummer, Seek Replacement

April 24, 2005

German death metallers DAWN OF DISEASE have parted ways with drummer Sebastian Timper. "This decision was necassary because of several differences between Sebastian and the rest of the band [during the recent months]," the band write in a statement. "We thank Sebastian for the time we have played together and we wish him the best for his future as drummer."

"For DAWN OF DISEASE, the first priority is know the search for a suitable replacement, because we don't want to cancel the next shows," the band write. "For the upcoming recording session where we are going to record our song 'Fried Genitals' for the 'Gentle Carnage' sampler Carsten of CHRONICLE OF TYRANTS will play the drums.

"If there is anyone who is interested in playing drums in DAWN OF DISEASE he can write a mail to [email protected] or [email protected]."

DAWN OF DISEASE released their debut mini-CD, "Through Bloodstained Eyes", earlier this year through Unstoppable Media.
