DARKANE Guitarist Mixing NON-HUMAN LEVEL Solo Album

July 15, 2005

DARKANE guitarist Christofer Malmström has posted the following message on his official web site:

"Finally the new DARKANE album, 'Layers of Lies', has been released worldwide (except for Japan who will get it in September for some reason I don't know, but it sure is the first time it happens). The album has gotten tons of great reviews which makes us all in DARKANE very happy and proud! Now we are negoctiating with different tour offers, and we hope to be able to put up a tour plan for the autumn quite soon. One show that has been confirmed now is in Herning, Denmark September 24th. We are looking forward to finally get up on stage again and try out some of the new material!

"The recording of my solo album, NON-HUMAN LEVEL, is finally coming to an end. Right now Peter [Wildoer; DARKANE drummer/NON-HUMAN LEVEL vocalist] and I are mixing the album and we are hoping to be finished before July is over. Everything is recorded and the last thing we did was the vocals. Peter has an amazingly brutal voice... sounding somewhere between the late Chuck from DEATH to Tomas Lindberg from AT THE GATES. I'm very proud of what we have come up with on this album and Gustaf, Ryan and Peter has done some incredible contributions, and I can't wait to release it! The plan is to release it around October by Listenable Records. Stay tuned!

"I have put up some photos from the recording of NON-HUMAN LEVEL in the Personal Gallery section. Check it out!"
