DARK THE SUNS' 'The Dead End' Lands On Finnish Chart

"The Dead End", the new mini-CD from the Jyväskylä, Finland-based melodic metallers DARK THE SUNS, has entered the official chart in the band's home country at position No. 16. The effort was recorded by Juha Kokkonen at Nightmare Workshop and Arttu Sarvanne at Studio Watercastle. It was mixed by Arttu Sarvanne and mastered by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios.

DARK THE SUNS is currently recording its second full-length album, "All Ends In Silence", for an early 2009 release via Firebox Records. The band says, "We are now recording the guitars and keyboards in our home studio. We'll enter Studio Watercastle on November 7 and there we record vocals, bass and drums. This album is also going to mixed in Studio Watercastle."

DARK THE SUNS' debut album, "In Darkness Comes Beauty", was released late last year via Firebox Records.
