DANZIG To Return To The Studio This Month
According to a posting at www.7thhouse.com, DANZIG will be heading back into the studio at the end of the month to continue work on the follow-up 2002's "777: I Luciferi". "As [singer] Glenn [Danzig] has continued to write, the band will record the foundations for some new songs in the upcoming studio sessions. There has been one working song title released, 'Skin Carver'."
As previously reported, DANZIG recently inked a European deal with Sweden's Regain Records and are said to be still looking into offers from several U.S. labels for the American release of the band's eighth studio album, tentatively due in the spring. DANZIG's current lineup (click here to view photo) consists of Glenn Danzig (vocals), Tommy Victor (guitar, PRONG), Bevan Davies (drums, COMES WITH THE FALL), and Jerry Montano (bass, ex-THE DEADLIGHTS).
