DANKO JONES Completes Filming 'I Think Bad Thoughts' Video

February 2, 2011

Canadian rock trio DANKO JONES has officially wrapped filming of the third and final installment for the "Below the Belt" music video trilogy. "I Think Bad Thoughts" marks the return of an all-star cast that had been previously featured in both of the epic "Full of Regret" and "Had Enough" videos. The video starring Elijah Wood, Ralph Macchio, Jena Malone, Mike Watt, Frank Drank, Laura Margolis and Art Hsu will be officially released later this month. The band is currently on the road in Canada selling out venues across the country and will be announcing U.S. tour dates soon.

DANKO JONES's latest album, "Below The Belt", was released in the U.S. last June. Produced by DANKO JONES' old friend and longtime collaborator Matt DeMatteo, who previously helmed "We Sweat Blood" and "Sleep Is The Enemy", the CD contains 11 tracks that sees the band returning to its roots with a harder/more powerful sound, while simultaneously keeping the incredible harmonies of their more recent releases. All the photos for the record were shot by Dean Karr (IRON MAIDEN, OZZY OSBOURNE, MARILYN MANSON, etc.) at various locations/studios in Los Angeles.
