DAMN YANKEES And CHEAP TRICK Members Set For ALICE COOPER Benefit Next Month

Launch Radio Networks is reporting that the members of DAMN YANKEES will reunite at a benefit hosted by Alice Cooper next month. Guitarists Tommy Shaw and Ted Nugent, bassist Jack Blades, and drummer Michael Cartellone will play together at the fourth annual Alice Cooper's Christmas Pudding show, which takes place December 18 at the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix. It's unknown whether any new material will be debuted at the gig.

Also performing at the event will be CHEAP TRICK's Robin Zander and Rick Nielsen, Cooper and his band, Glen Campbell, the GIN BLOSSOMS, and actor-comedian Sinbad, among others.

Proceeds from the Alice Cooper's Christmas Pudding show go to the Solid Rock Foundation, which helps young people "avoid gangs, guns, drugs, and other dangerous or difficult situations in their lives."
