DAGOBA To Support DEFTONES In France

French metallers DAGOBA, who recently completed a successful 35-date European tour as the opening act for IN FLAMES and SEPULTURA, will support the DEFTONES on the following shows:

May 30 - Paris, FRA @ Zenith
May 31 - Lille, FRA @ Aronef

As previously reported, DAGOBA have been confirmed for the ninth edition of the Raismesfest, set to take place September 9-10 at Le Château de la Princesse d'Arenberg in Raismes, France. Also scheduled to appear are ADAGIO, ANDROMEDA, EPICA, FREAK KITCHEN, GREEN CARNATION and WATCHA.

DAGOBA's sophomore album, "What Hell Is About…", was released in February via Season of Mist. The follow-up to the group's self-titled debut was recorded at Antfarm studios in Denmark with producer Tue Madsen (THE HAUNTED, HATESPHERE, MNEMIC) and features a guest appearance on two songs by DIMMU BORGIR bassist/ARCTURUS frontman Simen Hestnaes (a.k.a. ICS Vortex, ex-BORKNAGAR, LAMENTED SOULS).

DAGOBA's chart success in their native France led to support slots with such acts as MACHINE HEAD (in Brussels),FEAR FACTORY (in Amsterdam),SAMAEL (North European tour) and KORN (in France).
