March 8, 2008

Capital Chaos has posted video footage of 36 CRAZYFISTS performing on February 28, 2008 at The Boardwalk in Orangevale, California. Watch the clip below. The show was part of the "Bound By The Road Tour", also featuring DEVILDRIVER, NAPALM DEATH, STRAIGHT LINE STITCH and INVITRO.

36 CRAZYFISTS will release their new album, "The Tide and Its Takers", on May 27 via the group's new label, Ferret Music. The band recorded the effort with guitarist and backing vocalist Steve Holt sitting in the producer's chair. Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, TESTAMENT, AS I LAY DYING) once again mixed the CD at his Backstage Studios in England.

36 CRAZYFISTS has just finished filming the video for the album's first single, "We Gave It Hell", with director Soren, who has previously worked with BEHEMOTH, UNEARTH and MAYLENE AND THE SONS OF DISASTER, among others. The band is also gearing up for the upcoming "Bound By The Road" U.S. tour with DEVILDRIVER, which kicks off February 27 in Modesto. The tour also features NAPALM DEATH, WALLS OF JERICHO and INVITRO.

36 CRAZYFISTS will make its first appearance on a major U.S. festival tour when it plays this summer’s inaugural Rockstar Energy Mayhem festival. The trek features SLIPKNOT, DISTURBED, and DRAGONFORCE headlining, with 36 CRAZYFISTS landing a spot on the Jagermeister Second Stage.

The band's last album, "Rest inside the Flames", was released in North America in November 2006 via DRT Entertainment.
