September 26, 2006

CRADLE OF FILTH drummer Adrian Erlandsson has launched his official eBay store at this location. "There will be new stuff added the whole time so please check back," says Erlandsson. "It has at the moment got some very rare equipment that I have used on various albums. But will soon also feature tour shirts, sticks, drumheads, tour passes etc."

As previously reported, Erlandsson will perform at the Drums In The Weald 2006 event, which is set to take place October 8 at Uplands Community College, Wadhurst, Kent, England.

A brand new CRADLE OF FILTH track, entitled "Foetus of a New Day Kicking", has been posted online at this location. The song comes off the British extreme metallers' new album, "Thornography", due on October 17 via Roadrunner Records. An e-card for the CD can be accessed here. Another full-length track from the CD, entitled "Dirge Inferno", is available for streaming at this location.

The follow-up to 2004's "Nymphetamine", "Thornography" was recorded at Lincolnshire, England's Chapel studios with producer Rob Caggiano (BLEEDING THROUGH, ANTHRAX) and was mixed at Backstage Studios in Derbyshire, England by Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, SKINLAB, NEVERMORE). The narraration for "Thornography" was once again laid down by Doug Bradley (a.k.a. "Hellraiser"'s chief Cenobite, Pinhead),who has previously worked with the group on "Her Ghost in the Fog" and "Swansong for a Raven".
