COUNT RAVEN: Re-Releases On The Way!

September 21, 2005

Swedish doom masters COUNT RAVEN will have all four of their albums remastered and re-released through the German label Cyclone Empire before the end of the year. The first two releases — "Storm Warning" and "Destruction of the Void" — will arrive on October 14, to be followed by "High on Infinity" and "Messiah of Confusion" on November 11. The albums are being remastered by Achim Köhler (ACCEPT, PSYCHOTIC WALTZ, STEEL PROPHET, VOIVOD, BRAINSTORM, PRIMAL FEAR, etc.),and will feature bonus tracks, liner notes, special booklets, and in one instance ("Messiah Of Confusion"),completely new artwork. And as if this wasn't enough, a special box set is planned for release sometime in 2006, featuring many rare and unreleased songs, clips and live performances (DVD and CD). Last but not least: COUNT RAVEN are currently working on new material for their fifth album, to be released sometime next year.

Since signing a worldwide deal with Cyclone Empire at the end of 2004, COUNT RAVEN have performed at several European festivals (Wacken, Keep It True, Belgian Doom Night) and have completed a short Finnish tour with their friends MIRROR OF DECEPTION.
