CORRUPTERS Adds Second Guitarist

Adelaide, Australia-based grindcore band CORRUPTERS has added a second guitarist, Dave from LAPDANCER. Dave played with CORRUPTERS at recent gigs at the Squatter's Arms and Worldsend, as well as a live-to-air show on 3D Radio.

CORRUPTERS is currently looking for a label to release its first album, which was recorded in Adelaide in April 2009 and mixed and mastered by Mick Kenney (ANAAL NATHRAKH, MISTRESS, THE DELIVERANCE) in July. Four tracks from the CD — "Deadshit", "Dissolve", "Rotten to the Core" and a cover of the BRUTAL TRUTH classic "The Birth of Ignorance" — are available for streaming on the band's MySpace page.

CORRUPTERS was formed in June 2008 when vocalist Kerry Skilton and bassist Adam Ward of LOS DIABLOS teamed up with guitarist Ryan Cheesman of GUANTANAMO BAY CITY ROLLERS and drummer Chris "The Mill" Canini of LAPDANCER to play straight-up hardcore punk grind.
