CONNY BLOOM: How The Mighty Have Fallen

November 9, 2004

According to a posting on his official web site, Swedish guitarist/vocalist Conny Bloom (SILVERGINGER 5, ex-ELECTRIC BOYS) "spent the night between Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 6-7) at Ystad hospital after falling off the nine-feet high stage at a THORSTEN FLINCK [Swedish rock 'n' roll singer/actor/director] gig. No broken bones, but like he said afterwards, 'I feel like I'm 80 years old… My whole body hurts.' Conny wanted to get on stage and finish the gig, but was taken to hospital with severe pain for examination, when he couldn't get up."
