Comedian BRIAN POSEHN Seeks Extras For 'Metal By Numbers' Video Shoot

Comedian/actor Brian Posehn is looking for metal/hardcore people to come down and be in the mosh pit for his new video shoot for the song "Metal By Numbers", off his forthcoming album, "Live In: Nerd Rage", due on July 11 via Relapse Records. Email [email protected] for details. According to the casting call announcement, "They are looking for people who can hardcore dance/pick up change and all of that jazz will be selected. And oh yeah, camo clothes are a must as well."

"Live In: Nerd Rage" features guest appearances by guitarist Scott Ian (ANTHRAX, S.O.D.),bassist Joey Vera (ARMORED SAINT, FATES WARNING),drummer John Tempesta (WHITE ZOMBIE, THE CULT, TESTAMENT) and lead guitarist Jonathan Donais (SHADOWS FALL),among others. The CD features two musical cuts; one by Brian's heavy metal band POSEHN and another by TITANNICA. POSEHN's lineup includes Ian, Vera, Tempesta, Donais and Russ Parrish (METAL SKOOL, ex-FIGHT),with Brian himself on vocals. POSEHN offers up an original track, "Metal By Numbers", while TITANNICA (the metal band from the beloved "Mr. Show" sketch) delivers their epic song "Try Again, Again".
