COAL CHAMBER Split With Drummer, Management

October 24, 2002

COAL CHAMBER have parted ways with drummer Mike Cox and their management company, Left Bank.

The following is an official statement on the matter from COAL CHAMBER vocalist Dez Fafara and guitarist Meegs Rascon:

"This letter is to inform everyone that as of October 24th, 2002, Mike Cox is no longer part of COAL CHAMBER.

"Both Meegs and Dez thank Mike for his contributions in the past to COAL CHAMBER and wish him the best in any future endeavors. As with anything in life, change occurs. Most of the time change will lead us to positive growth. We wish this upon the entity of COAL CHAMBER and anyone in the past that has given COAL CHAMBER their time and efforts.

"It is also at this time that COAL CHAMBER parts ways with Left Bank Management and we would like to thank them for all of their work in the past and wish them the best of luck in any future endeavors.

"Today is a new day.

"Meegs Rascon & Dez Fafara"
