CLOVEN HOOF Announces New Drummer

NWOBHM legends CLOVEN HOOF have recruited Mark Gould as their new drummer. The band states, "Contractual obligations have previously prevented Mark from being able to take on the prestigious role, but now he is delighted to be part of the band at last. He is a powerhouse drummer and a human metronome. The rest of the band describe him as a cross between John Bonham and Phil Collins, the perfect man for the role! Mark is currently in the studio working on the new song 'I'm Your Nemesis' and looking forward to the video being shot on 27th September."

CLOVEN HOOF recently announced the addition of guitarist Joe Whelan to the group's ranks. Joe's previous band was called DEMENTIA and his high-octane fluid lead style will bring a whole new dimension to the band.

CLOVEN HOOF last year released a five-song EP entitled "Throne Of Damnation". It contained three new songs "Prime Time", "Running Man" and "Freak Show" along with reworked versions of "Whore Of Babylon" and "Night Stalker", the latter of which is featured on the Brtal Legend game.

CLOVEN HOOF re-recorded 24 of its classic songs for a two-part "best-of" compilation, "The Definitive Part One" and "The Definitive Part Two".
