August 31, 2008

German metallers CHINCHILLA have uploaded a rough-mix version of a new song, "Bloody Sacrifice", on their MySpace page. According to guitarist Udo Gerstenmeyer, "this is not the final mix; this is only a pre-production by myself. Achim Köhler (PRIMAL FEAR, BRAINSTORM) will start with the mix at the end of September."

CHINCHILLA's new album, "The Prophecy", is tentatively due late 2008/early 2009. Another song from the upcoming the follow-up to 2004's "Take No Prisoners", entitled "Screaming", is available for streaming below. Guest musicians on the album include Cliff "The Riff" Evans (TANK, KILLERS guitarist) on the track "Bad Guy", and Tom Naumann (ex-PRIMAL FEAR, SINNER) has finished his work on the song "Unknown Heroes".
