CHAOSWEAVER Parts Ways With Guitarist

Finnish extreme metallers CHAOSWEAVER have parted ways with guitarist/founding member Pasi "Kole" Kolehmainen "due to musical and personal differences." The band will continue as a six-piece.

CHAOSWEAVER recently recorded a cover version of the ARMY OF LOVERS song "Crucified", to be included on the second pressing of CHAOSWEAVER's debut album, "Puppetmaster of Pandemonium".

An audio sample of CHAOSWEAVER's version of "Crucified" is available for streaming on the band's MySpace page. The track features a guest appearance by the famous Finnish journalist and presenter Heta Hyttinen.

"Puppetmaster of Pandemonium" was released on April 30 by Shadow World Records and distributed by Playground Music Scandinavia in Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.

"Puppetmaster of Pandemonium" features guest appearances by Jules Näveri (PROFANE OMEN, ENEMY OF THE SUN),Rotten (ex-DEATHCHAIN, SURVIVORS ZERO),Aleksi Munter (SWALLOW THE SUN) and Ville Sorvali (MOONSORROW).

CHAOSWEAVER's two demos — "Weaving the Chaos" (2006) and "Cult of the Buried Serpent" (2007) — received rave reviews an international airplay.
