CENTINEX: New Album Update

January 22, 2005

Sweden's CENTINEX have issued the following update regarding their next studio album:

"'World Declension' will be released as a 8-panel digipack. This supreme [cover] art was made by Costin Chioreanu of Twilight 13 Design who will also take care of the entire layout.

"As for the recording we have booked Black Lounge for four weeks, starting March 4th. The release is set for June and as soon as we have more info about exact street date, track listing, license versions etc it will be published here.

"We will headline Arcane Promotions' Infernal Damnation Festival in London in late April. Will be a blast..."

As previously reported, "World Declension" is tentatively scheduled for release in June via Cold Records (a subsidiary of Regain).

CENTINEX's last album, "Decadence - Prophecies of Cosmic Chaos" (2004) was recorded and mixed at Black Lounge Studios and contains nine tracks, including an instrumental piece written and performed by Peter Pettersson from Swedish goth/industrial act ARCANA. The artwork for the album was conceived by Per Gustafson (CULT OF LUNA),while the layout was, once again, handled by Timo "The Eyeless" Ketola.
