CANNIBAL CORPSE: More METAL BLADE RECORDS' 25th Anniversary Tour Dates Announced

June 5, 2007

CANNIBAL CORPSE, the top-selling death metal band in the SoundScan era, will headline Metal Blade Records' 25th anniversary tour in September/October. Also appearing on the bill are THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER and AEON.

Commented CANNIBAL CORPSE bassist Alex Webster: "CANNIBAL CORPSE has been part of the Metal Blade family since 1989, so we are very excited to be headlining a tour that celebrates our label's 25th anniversary. The lineup for this tour features some of Metal Blade's heaviest bands and we are proud to be a part of it. We've toured with all of these killer bands at one time or another, and as musicians we are psyched to share the stage again with them, and as fans we can't wait to watch them perform punishing sets night after night."

Brian Slagel, owner/founder of Metal Blade Records added, "Metal Blade is very proud to celebrate our 25th anniversary with this tremendous tour. It is a great lineup of bands who represent Metal Blade extremely well."
