According to the Basehor Sentinel, an 18-year-old man from Chino Hills, California was arrested on July 23 and charged with sexually assaulting a woman during the Vans Warped Tour concert at Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas.

An 18-year-old Kansas City, Missouri woman told the police that she was assaulted in one of the temporary buildings on the site by a vendor traveling with the concert tour.

The man was charged with aggravated criminal sodomy and rape. His bond was set at $50,000.

This year's Vans Warped Tour features metal acts BLACK VEIL BRIDES and AUGUST BURNS RED alongside pop bands such as ALLSTAR WEEKEND and THE SUMMER SET. The trek, which was once simply a showcase for metal and punk, now features rap, electronica, folk and groups in several other genres.
