BURY YOUR DEAD parted ways with vocalist Mat Bruso late last month. According to the remaining members of the group, Bruso "has decided that he has come to a point in his life where he must focus on more important things like going back to school to become a teacher and his upcoming marriage. You have to respect that and we are in no way mad. Just upset that were losing a piece of the family. We do however look forward to trying out new vocalist and finding our new frontman."

As a result of Mat's departure, BURY YOUR DEAD was forced to cancel its European tour with KILLSWITCH ENGAGE and THE HAUNTED.

BURY YOUR DEAD's latest release, "Beauty and the Breakdown" (Victory),charted at No. 129 on The Billboard 200, selling 7,000 copies in its first week back in July 2006.

BURY YOUR DEAD took part in last summer's Family Values Tour with KORN, DEFTONES, STONE SOUR and FLYLEAF.
