BURDEN OF GRIEF Complete Work On Third Album

German death/thrash metal act BURDEN OF GRIEF have finished recording their third full-length album, "Fields Of Salvation", and will be heading to Jailhouse Studios in Denmark shortly to being mixing the effort with producer Tommy Hansen (HELLOWEEN, PRETTY MAIDS, HATESPHERE). The follow-up to 2001's "On Darker Trails" will contain nine tracks. A late 2003 release through Massacre Records is expected.

In other news, BURDEN OF GRIEF recently recorded a cover of RUNNING WILD's "Raise Your Fist" for possible inclusion on an upcoming RUNNING WILD tribute album. Check out a rough-mix version of the track at www.running-wild.net.
