BULLETBOYS Drummer Diagnosed With Severe Case Of Pneumonia

September 8, 2009

BULLETBOYS drummer Ryche Green was rushed to the ER upon returning home from the band's recently completed "Summer Rockfest" tour with FASTER PUSSYCAT, BANG TANGO and SISTER SIN. Ryche became very ill while on tour and has since been diagnosed with a severe case of pneumonia. Ryche has been confined to ICU in a breathing tent. According to a press release, Ryche carried on playing night after night while ill until he could no longer function. Consequently, the BULLETBOYS show originally set for September 5 at Club Skye in Arizona was cancelled and rescheduled for Halloween (October 31).

BULLETBOYS' new album, "10c Billionaire", was released in July via Chavis Records. After several delays, mixing and mastering for the CD was completed and the final touches were applied by producer/guitarist Brent Woods (VINCE NEIL, WILDSIDE).

"10c Billionaire" was written by original founding member and flamboyant frontman Marq Torien. Having reinvented the band and composed one of the most sonically superb and relevant rock and roll records to date, the revitalized BULLETBOYS — featuring Torien, Ryche Green, Stephen Allan, and Tory S. — are a hard rock force majeure delivering non-stop music mayhem that is winning over new audiences with every performance.

BULLETBOYS live in Waterloo, Iowa - August 12, 2009:
