Bulgaria's MONSTERS OF ROCK Festival Cancelled!

The Monsters of Rock festival, which was scheduled to take place August 3-7 at the Black Sea resort of Varna in Bulgaria, has been cancelled. According to the festival organizers, there were too many logistical and technical problems that prevented the event from going ahead. However, plans still exist for a concert to be held on August 3 in Varna, featuring MOTÖRHEAD, SAXON and L.O.S.T.

The Monsters of Rock festival was slated to include performances by such acts as PRIMAL FEAR, SODOM, AMON AMARTH, ANNIHILATOR, ATROCITY, AXEL RUDI PELL, CELTIC FROST, EDGUY, FEAR FACTORY, GAMMA RAY, KREATOR, MASTERPLAN, METAL CHURCH, MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, MOTÖRHEAD, NEVERMORE, OPETH, ROSE TATTOO, SAXON, U.D.O., UFO and ULI JON ROTH.
