BROTHER VON DOOM Filming 'Eater Of Days' Video

Ohio-based thrashers BROTHER VON DOOM are shooting their first-ever video for the song "Eater of Days" today (Monday, August 18) with director David Brodsky (THE ACACIA STRAIN, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, SUICIDE SILENCE) of MyGoodEye Productions. The clip is being shot at Medieval Times and will feature knights, swords, and a ton of metal.

BROTHER VON DOOM is currently on the Thrash and Burn tour with DARKEST HOUR, PARKWAY DRIVE, MISERY SIGNALS, WINDS OF PLAGUE, ARSIS, and more to support its upcoming debut album, "Relentless". The CD was produced by Andreas Magnusson (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY, SCARLET) and mixed by Fredrik Nordström (AT THE GATES, IN FLAMES, DIMMU BORGIR, ARCH ENEMY).

According to a press release, "Relentless" features "endlessly jacking blast beats, puking-up-blood screams and de-tuned six strings that alight like punctured fireworks bought at roadside stands. The touchstones are their — gracefully nodding to the Scandinavians and Californians who birthed these sounds — but this is a more local brew, born amidst endless rehearsals in crummy mid-western basements but always meant for a large stage looming high above a battlefield somewhere — IN THE FUTURE. As the great prophet Nathan Explosion once said, 'Brutal.'"

Matt Thomas - Drums
Moses Grinder - Bass
Chris Elliott - Vocals
Brian Baxter - Guitar
Tate Matthews - Guitar

"Relentless" will be released on October 14 via Deathcote Records.
