BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION To Make Live Debut

November 27, 2002

BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION, the new band featuring MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx, L.A. GUNS guitarist Tracii Guns, former MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman John Corabi (who plays guitar in the group),vocalist London LeGrand, and drummer Scot Coogan (ex-PAUL GILBERT, ONI LOGAN/ROWAN ROBERTSON, SINÉAD O'CONNOR),will make their live debut at the end of December in Southern California, Sixx has announced via his latest posting on CRÜE's official web site.

The following is Nikki's message in its entirety:

"After bashing and smashing it out in our rehearsal room down in the bowels of Santa Monica, we've come to a better understanding of who the BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION are. I think we're open to a variety of styles, but the most appealing and suiting to us is a raw unapologetic approach. The new songs are tainted with our roots. You know the shit — PRIEST meets THE STOOGESSABBATH in a head-on with THE DEAD BOYS, etc. etc. The list goes on and on, of course… More so metal. Less so pop…but in the end, I cannot help myself, I just can't stop myself from dipping the product in some kind of hook serum. It just makes the infection seem so terminal…

"We're close to finalizing 4 or 5 gigs at the end of December in Southern California. It'll be interesting to blow the cob webs out and see how this fucker performs live…"
