BLOODSIMPLE: 'Jamming Out Heavy Tunes With Absolutely No Bullsh*t'

August 28, 2006

BLOODSIMPLE, the Long Island, New York-based band featuring former members of VISION OF DISORDER and MEDICATION, is currently in pre-production for its sophomore album with producer Machine (LAMB OF GOD) at the Machine Shop studio in Hoboken, New Jersey. The group's vocalist, Tim Williams, has issued the following update:

"We are in the studio every day and the things that are coming out are really cool. I'm very happy to be still jamming out heavy fucking tunes with absolutely no bullshit!! We have some great material and we already have a working title.

"Man, it feels great to be working on new songs.

"Some of the new titles are: 'Dead Man Walking', 'Killing Time', 'A Premonition of Evil'... I'm sure you can gather from some of these titles that we didn't come here to fuck around. We are dealing out a hand of cards that's going to knock you off your fucking bar stool..."

BLOODSIMPLE's debut album, "A Cruel World", was released in March 2005 on MUDVAYNE singer Chad Gray's Bullygoat label imprint (via Warner Bros.). The CD was recorded in Vancouver B.C. with producer Garth Richardson, who has previously worked with RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, MUDVAYNE, SLIPKNOT and CHEVELLE. The album was mixed by Mike Fraser (HATEBREED).
