BLIND GUARDIAN Drummer Welcomes Addition To Family

Congratulations are in order for BLIND GUARDIAN drummer Thomas Stauch and wife Esther on the birth of their son Patrick. Patrick came into the world on April 27, weighing in at 8.5 lbs (3.8 kg).

BLIND GUARDIAN are set to issue their new live album, simply called "Live", on May 26. The two-disc collection contains 20 songs recorded last year on the band's world tour. A single will precede the album on May 5 containing a brand new studio version of "Bard's Song" backed up with several different live versions of the same track.
