BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART: European Headlining Tour Announced

June 26, 2008

Canada's BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART will embark on a European headlining tour this fall with support from I AM GHOST, DEVIL'S GIFT and FEI COMODO (UK only).

Bassist Tyler comments: "Expect smoke, lasers, fanny packs, hot chicks, teased hair and the kinds of things youll be embarrassed to remember the morning after. We wrote killer songs about the art of getting down, dangerous females, school being out and other cool stuff so we'll be whipping out new material from our upcoming Century Media debut, 'Pedal To The Metal', throughout the tours. We hope to see all y'all at our shows. Dont be shy to come talk to us 'cuz we love all our fans and we care about what you have to say."

"Pedal To The Metal" is set for release all across Europe on August 18, 2008 (September 2 in North America).

BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART's unique, infectious brand of '80s madness is undeniable, and they deliver a plethora of balls-out, party rock anthems that are so catchy and infectious, they will soon be your new guilty pleasure. This Montreal-based six-piece have put the pedal to the metal and will storm over the Atlantic to steal all the booze and women while having the times of their lives.

"Pedal To The Metal" was recorded by GGGarth Richardson (RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, KISS, MTLEY CRE, RISE AGAINST, ATREYU, BIFFY CLYRO, NICKELBACK, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, TESTAMENT) and mixed by Mike Hatalak from IT DIES TODAY who also worked with ROSES ARE RED and DEAD HEARTS.
