BLACK SABBATH, METALLICA, IRON MAIDEN Pictures To Be Displayed As Part Of 'The Photography Of Kevin Estrada' Exhibit

January 28, 2017

Pop Obscure, the new independent record store in downtown Los Angeles, will host an opening reception for the photo gallery/exhibit from acclaimed photographer Kevin Estrada today (Saturday, January 28) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

For over two decades, Estrada's photos have been an important part of rock n' roll history. Kevin has chronicled some truly amazing moments — from Johnny Cash's last recorded sessions to the breakthrough of NIRVANA to the reunion of MÖTLEY CRÜE to the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS timewarp back to the '60s. His photos have adorned the pages of prestigious publications, including Rolling Stone, Spin, Revolver, Cream, Kerrang! and many more. Artists such as THE CURE, SLAYER, KORN and B.B. King have given Kevin the privilege of documenting their recording processes. He's truly a legend with a lens.
