BLACK CAP MINER Debut To Feature INTO ETERNITY, THREAT SIGNAL, ARSIS Members

Guitarist Dave Cardwell (THOUGHTS BETRAYED) has been selected to perform on "The Formative Years", the debut album from BYZANTINE vocalist/rhythm guitarist Chris "OJ" Ojeda's solo project BLACK CAP MINER. A cover album of late '80s and early '90s thrash metal songs that inspired Ojeda and his bandmates to form BYZANTINE, the CD is being tracked by longtime BYZANTINE producer/engineer Charles A. Fisher and mixed by Drew Mazurek. Ojeda is handling the rhythm section and vocals himself and is inviting various lead guitarists to handle the solos on the album, including Cardwell, Tim Roth (INTO ETERNITY),Tony Rohrbough (BYZANTINE),Kyle McKnight (THREAT SIGNAL),Dave White ("Sci-fi Guitar"),Jim Malone (ARSIS) and Matt Wolfe (BYZANTINE).
