BJÖRN 'SPEED STRID: 'If You Miss SOILWORK, You've Missed A Hell Of A Show'

September 29, 2005

SOILWORK vocalist Björn "Speed" Strid has posted the following message on the band's official web site:

"Five days to go before we're getting our asses over to Finland. I'm sure every metalhead in Europe is in seventh heaven with all the great tours going on right now. All I know is that we're ready and hungry to testify and prove that we're a band to count on in Europe as well. As I said before, I'm really sorry we're not covering up Europe as we probably should but we'll give you a new chance in the beginning of next year... Everything is shaping up real good and the ticket sales are going great... Due to all the good tours going on at the same time, I understand that people can't go to all of the shows and have to make a choice. One thing is clear though: If you miss SOILWORK, you've missed a hell of a show!!!"

SOILWORK are continuing to tour in support of their latest CD, "Stabbing the Drama", available now on Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Figure Number Five" was recorded at Fascination Street studios in Örebro and Dug-Out Productions in Uppsala, Sweden with producer Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, IN FLAMES, STUCK MOJO).
