BEHEMOTH: 'Prometherion' Video Teaser Available

July 22, 2007

A teaser for BEHEMOTH's "Prometherion" video has been posted at this location. The clip was shot on July 18 with acclaimed director Soren (ALL THAT REMAINS, UNEARTH) in Los Angeles. Look for it everywhere early next month. Soren states: "Somewhere between the ideal of heaven and reality of hell falls the new BEHEMOTH video. An expression of the fallenness of man and the will to crawl through our own painful condition towards hope. This is a painful video to make and watch."

As previously reported, ecellent-quality video footage of BEHEMOTH performing "Prometherion" live at the Croatian Cultural Center in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on July 13, 2007 has been posted at Abort TV.

BEHEMOTH's new album, "The Apostasy", was released on July 17 via Century Media Records. The band's most ambitious and epic offering yet, it was recorded in BEHEMOTH's hometown of Gdansk with the group's mainman Nergal and longtime sound engineer Malta in the producers' chairs. The effort was mixed with the acclaimed Daniel Bergstrand (IN FLAMES, MESHUGGAH, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD) at Dug-Out Studios in Sweden and mastered by Bjorn Engelmann (RAMMSTEIN, SAMAEL).

BEHEMOTH is currently taking part in Ozzfest 2007, having landed the direct support, non-rotating slot right before second-stage headliners HATEBREED.
