BEHEMOTH Frontman Comments On HARVEST FESTIVALS Tour

September 23, 2005

Polish black metallers BEHEMOTH have just returned from their tour across Europe. The band were part of the 13-date Harvest Festivals package along with NILE, UNLEASHED, PUNGENT STENCH, BELPHEGOR and INCANTATION.

Commented BEHEMOTH mainman Nergal: "All the tours that we’ve done to our latest record 'Demigod' and all the bands we've shared the stage were nothing but great! The company on Harvest Festivals was not an exception. ALL the bands and crew got along really well with each other. We were more than honored to play before some of our all-time favorite metal bands. Shows were simply awesome, but I have to mention that Antwerpen, Paris, London and Pratteln in Switzerland must have been the best gigs we've played EVER! Of course, it's all thank to YOU dear extreme metal lovers without whom this tour wouldn't be possible. We'd also like to thank our concert agent, Metallysee, for another great tour experience. It seems like this Harvest affair was a perfect warm up before the third leg of U.S. and Canadian tour we're heading to in a few days. Keep your eyes open and be ready to join us soon! Horns up!"

BEHEMOTH's official web site, www.behemoth.pl, has been updated with a video clip of Nergal doing guest vocals with NILE on "Cast Down the Heretic" in Switzerland. Also available are photos from the tour.

BEHEMOTH will play the following "Blackest of the Black" "off" dates in October:

Oct. 03 - Domino Room - Bend, OR
Oct. 10 - The Pearl Room - Mokena, IL
Oct. 13 - Jaxx - West Springfield, VA
Oct. 16 - Ushuaia - Orono, ME
Oct. 20 - Jester's Pub - Fayetteville, NC
Oct. 24 - Big Daddy's - Tallahassee, FL
