BEATALLICA Frontman, PEARL ADAY Interviewed On 'Rockin' Metal Revival'

March 29, 2010

Guitarist/vocalist Jaymz Lennfield (vocals, guitar) of the Milwaukee-based band BEATALLICA — a satirical mashup act whose hilarious schtick marries the songwriting prowess of THE BEATLES to the deep-throated rock growl of METALLICA — and Pearl Aday (ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian's wife and daughter of legendary crooner Meat Loaf) were interviewed for the latest edition of the "Rockin' Metal Revival" show.

The three-hour program is now available for streaming in three parts below.

BEATALLICA is continuing to support its latest release, "Masterful Mystery Tour", with a set of East Coast tour dates throughout April.

The group's latest video, "Fuel On The Hill", was directed by Mike VVeber and assisted by Tim "Murph Dawg" Murphy. It can be viewed below.

Recorded and engineered by Flemball Rasmartin, "Masterful Mystery Tour" is BEATALLICA's second full-length album overall, and features such exceptional song titles as "The Battery Of Jaymz And Yoko", "Everybody's Got A Ticket To Ride Except For Me And My Lightning", and "I Want To Choke Your Band", among countless other clever part-psychedelic/part-headbanging masterpieces.

Pearl Aday performed the songs "Mama" and "Whore" on the January 20, 2010 edition of ABC-TV's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" shows. The performance was the singer debut national television appearance, featuring a powerful band that includes Ian, Marcus Blake on bass, Nalle Colt on guitar and Eric Andrews on drums.

"Mama" and "Whore" come off Aday's debut U.S. collection, "Little Immaculate White Fox", which was released on January 19 via Megaforce Records. Several friends appear on the CD, including Jerry Cantrell (ALICE IN CHAINS) and Ted Nugent. The album was produced by Joe Barresi (TOOL, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, BAD RELIGION) and features original songs with the exception of a soulful and rocking cover of TINA TURNER's "Nutbush City Limits", produced by PEARL (the band) and mixed by Warren Riker. In addition, the newest original track, "Broken White", was produced and mixed by Jay Ruston (THE DONNAS, STEEL PANTHER).
