BATTLELORE Schedule CD-Release Party

July 28, 2005

Finnish "fantasy metal" band BATTLELORE will celebrate the release of their new album, "Third Age of the Sun", by giving a concert in Lappeenranta on Friday, August 5. "The local 'Linnoituksen Yö' festival has been around for years and we all remember how great it was to have something like this in our hometown," the band write on their web site. "BATTLELORE actually played one of their first gigs there. Thus, this is the perfect time and place to reveal the new songs live.

"Pallorock, as the local band festival is called, is situated in Pusupuisto — a park next to the Lappeenranta fortress and harbour. The festival will start at 6 pm and end around midnight. The festival is free of charge and people of all ages are welcome to see the show." The details are as follows:

18.15 VERENPERINTÖ
19.15 LAVOLA UG
20.15 WORTH THE PAIN
21.15 THE REPUBLIC OF DESIRE
22.15 FIREBAG
23.15 BATTLELORE

BATTLELORE's new album, "Third Age of the Sun", was officially released in Europe this week via Napalm Records.
