BASTARD CHILD DEATH CULT: 'Radio Silence' Video Released

"Radio Silence", the new video from BASTARD CHILD DEATH CULT — the Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based band featuring former members of MONSTER VOODOO MACHINE, CANCER BATS and DAMN 13 — can be viewed below.

"Radio Silence" comes off BASTARD CHILD DEATH CULT's debut album, "Year Zero", which was released last year via Stereo Dynamite Recordings. The LP, which was produced by Jon Drew (TOKYO POLICE CLUB, FUCKED UP),is available for free download at this location (ZIP file). A CD version of the album can be purschased via EMI Canada and Interpunk.com internationally.

BASTARD CHILD DEATH CULT is in the process of booking a U.S. tour, whcih will begin with an appearance at the at the South By Southwest (SXSW) music conference and festival in Austin, Texas in March.

BASTARD CHILD DEATH CULT describes itself as "a secret society in the underbelly of the Toronto music scene. A collective of noise merchants who will stop at nothing to preserve the city's legacy of 'amps-on-11, adrenaline-overdrive, chaos-at-all-costs' hardcore-punk rock 'n' roll gospel." Musically, the band comes across as a unique hardcore-punk mix of old school (BLACK FLAG, VOID) and the new school (THE BRONX, VICTIMS).
