BALANCE OF POWER To Utilize Session Vocalist For ROCK THE NATIONS Appearance

July 27, 2005

British melodic metal band BALANCE OF POWER have confirmed that they will play at Rock the Nations festival on August 6 in Istanbul, Turkey. MANOWAR will headline the event, which will include additional appearances by GOREFEST and HOMO IRATUS.

As the new BALANCE OF POWER vocalist Corey Brown (MAGNITUDE 9, SECTION 16, REDEMPTION) has prior commitments on this day, the band will appear with guest singer Rogue M (ex-SHADOWKEEP) for this show only.

A statement from the band reads: "This show fell in our lap the day after Corey joined. It's too good to miss and too soon for Corey. Our friend Rogue was available to step in at the last minute so we thought it was a great opportunity to introduce the band to a new audience. SO LET'S ROCK THE NATIONS."

The band are in the process of working on their next album with Corey Brown. Corey's live debut with BALANCE OF POWER will take place November 26 at the Firefest 2 festival at the Rock City in Nottingham, U.K.
