BALANCE OF POWER To Debut New Singer And Songs At BAY AREA ROCK FEST

BALANCE OF POWER, the London-based heavy metal band, will perform new material from its upcoming album, including the song "Pariah", at its upcoming appearance at the Bay Area Rock Fest this Friday, May 4. The show will also mark the North American debut of their new vocalist Corey Brown, renowned for his work with MAGNITUDE 9 and PSYCO DRAMA.

BALANCE OF POWER will enter the studio this summer to record the follow-up to its highly acclaimed "Heathen Machine" opus, which, among numerous other accolades, was named "Album of the Month" in Germany's Rock Hard magazine upon its release in 2003.

Bay Area Rock Fest is a progressive rock and metal festival which will take place on Friday and Saturday, May 4 and May 5 at The Independent in San Francisco. Confirmed acts include JON OLIVA'S PAIN, SPOCK'S BEARD, ENCHANT, CRIMSON GLORY, MOB RULES, ZERO HOUR, EYEFEAR, TIMELINE and ODIN'S COURT. D.C. Cooper has been confirmed as a special guest of the festival.
