AVENGED SEVENFOLD Perform PANTERA's 'Walk' At ROCK AM RING Festival: Video Available

A video clip of AVENGED SEVENFOLD performing a cover of PANTERA's "Walk" at at the Rock am Ring festival in Nürburgring, Germany on Saturday, June 3 has been posted online at YouTube.com.

As previously reported, a studio recording of AVENGED SEVENFOLD's version of PANTERA's "Walk", which was released on a special CD accompanying Kerrang!'s 25th anniversary issue, has been posted online at the band's MySpace profile. Entitled "High Voltage", the 15-track disc — which hit the newsstands in the U.K. on May 31 — is made up of classic rock and metal songs covered by contemporary bands, with 10 of the tracks recorded exclusively for the CD. AVENGED SEVENFOLD have secured a main-stage slot at this year's Ozzfest, which kicks off June 29 in Seattle, Washington. The band recently completed a co-headlining U.S. tour with COHEED AND CAMBRIA and are currently in Europe for several festival appearances.

AVENGED SEVENFOLD are supporting their 2005 album, "City of Evil", which has sold 615,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
