According to the web site of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, AVENGED SEVENFOLD will be joining SYSTEM OF A DOWN, HATEBREED and BAD ACID TRIP for an Ozzfest "off date" on July 12 at The Woodlands, Texas venue.

Although AVENGED SEVENFOLD have not yet been officially confirmed for this year's Ozzfest, they are widely expected to be announced on May 23 as the tour's main-stage "mystery band."

AVENGED SEVENFOLD are currently finishing up a co-headlining U.S. tour with COHEED AND CAMBRIA. The trek is scheduled to wrap up this Saturday (May 20) in New York City.

AVENGED SEVENFOLD are supporting their 2005 album, "City of Evil", and current single, "Beast and the Harlot". The group next heads overseas for some European festivals.
