AVA INFERI: New Songtitles Revealed

September 26, 2006

Portugese metallers AVA INFERI are currently working on the material for their second full-length album, "The Silhouette", tentatively due next year via Season of Mist. "We are very proud to say that all the fundamentals for [the new album] are close to completion," the band writes. "Finally! It's been a most pleasant journey and a rejuvenating one. Now it's time for them to speak through us.

"The album will contain 8-9 songs in true AVA fashion with hints of surprises (of course...) yet true to the already established sound. Some titles are 'The Dark Room' and 'Memoirs' and we can firmly state already now that it's a more mature side of the band the creators unveil this time. Perhaps a closer and a deeper look into the essence of this marriage of heaven and hell. The opposites have never been so emerged and unified as now. So, let's see what the future has in store for us then...

"The studio will be entered early next year, location yet unknown. We are still unsure about that aspect but we will give all the updates as soon as we have them. Studios in Porto, Marseille and in Spain has been uttered. No names yet.

"AVA INFERI has also established contacts with higly respected artists for a future collaboration. Silence is gold... for now. anyway."
