AUDREY HORNE: New Video Interview Available

The German edition of Metal Hammer recently conducted an interview with AUDREY HORNE vocalist Torkjell "Toschie" Rød and guitarist Arve "Ice Dale" Isdal (also of ENSLAVED). Watch the chat at this location.

Fan-filmed video footage of AUDREY HORNE's November 16, 2008 concert at Burgerweeshuis in Deventer, Holland can be viewed below (clip uploaded by Erhan Düzey). The band was performing at the venue as part of a European tour with ENSLAVED and KRAKOW.

AUDREY HORNE is the Norwegian hard rock/post-grunge band featuring members of ENSLAVED, I and SAHG.

The group released its second album, "Le Fol", in continental Europe in February 2008. The CD was nominated in the "Metal" category at the 36th annual Spellemann awards (the Norwegian equivalent to the Grammy Awards).

AUDREY HORNE was formed in 2002, taking its name from Sherilyn Fenn's character in the cult TV series "Twin Peaks". Although some of the band's members play or have previously played in black metal bands like ENSLAVED and GORGOROTH, AUDREY HORNE's music is far removed from the black metal genre, and can be described as heavy and melodic hard rock, similar to bands like FAITH NO MORE, ALICE IN CHAINS and A PERFECT CIRCLE.

The band's debut album, "No Hay Banda", was released in April 2005 and was co-produced and mixed in Los Angeles by Joe Baressi (QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, MONSTER MAGNET, LIMP BIZKIT, TURBONEGRO).
