ATROCITY To Play Mexico, Record New CD

September 4, 2002

Veteran German metallers ATROCITY will team up with IN EXTREMO for a two-date Mexican tour at the end of September. The details are as follows:

27.09.2002 – Guadalajara, Hardrock Live
28.09.2002 – Mexico City, Circo Volador

In other news, ATROCITY are currently writing new material for an album that is tentatively due to surface in early 2003. The group have also recorded a cover version of SISTERS OF MERCY's "More" for an upcoming tribute sampler, the release details for which are not currently available.

As was the case with the S.O.M. cover, the forthcoming full-length CD will be produced at the band's own Mastersound Studio, which was officially opened in early 2002 in Stuttgart/Fellbach.
